BrethrenCon III will be held at the beautiful and spacious Red Lion Hotel Southeast Denver.

We are pleased to bring you great news! The lodging rates have fallen by almost $20/night for BrethrenCon III! 

Amenities include free Internet access (wired and wireless), 37 inch flat panel television, Bath & Body Works amenities, work desk and chair, alarm clock/radio, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and Premium Cable or Satellite TV. Bring your suit for swimming in the outdoor heated pool or soaking in the hot tub, or take advantage of the newly updated fitness center.

Other conveniences at the Red Lion Hotel Denver Southeast include complimentary shuttle service to/from Denver International Airport, same-day valet service, on-site car rental and gift shop.

We encourage BrethrenCon guests to get a hotel room, and not just because it makes the Red Lion really happy when you do.

Your hotel room is not only a quiet retreat from the hubbub of the convention, but it's a place to drop stuff off instead of carrying it around all day, a place to finish the last-minute details on your piratical attire, and crash space for the couple of hours between parties. For the rum-swilling crowd, there's nothing to compare to the convenience and safety of taking the elevator home.

Most importantly, you're welcome - encouraged - to keep the party going after the Bash with your own revelry. You can bring in beverages and food to share with friends all night long.

The rates are as follows for 1 to 4 people per room:

Crew Quarters (single or double room) $69.95
First Mate's Quarters (1 bedroom suite) $129.00
Captain's Quarters (2 bedroom suite) $169.00

Bring Yer' Colors!!

The Hotel has kindly allowed us to decorate in piratical style, with your pirate flags and banners. We'd love to back the walls with the Colors; if you have Colors, are planning on making Colors, or need someone to help you make Colors, let us know.

Hotel Rules

  • Food and drink may be brought into the hotel to be served in your room only. The hotel prohibits outside food or drink being served in the public areas of the hotel, such as the in the areas of the hotel occupied by the convention or the resturants.  
  • Costume weapons are allowed; black powder weapons are not permitted at the Red Lion. Firearms are not permitted in the hotel.
  • Animals are permitted in the Red Lion. Especially birds! Perch your African Gray, your Cockatoo, your Amazon or Macaw on your shoulder like a proper pirate!
  • You may request a "quiet" floor or a "party" floor when you make your reservation. If you're on a quiet floor and the noise gets out of hand, you will be asked to keep it down. The hotel will have other guests in residence.
  • Guests are required to abide by the directions of hotel and BrethrenCon staff, including BrethrenCon security staff. Guests who are deemed a problem will be removed from the convention without refund.
