Ahoy there, me hearties!

Welcome to the port o' BrethrenCon, Colorado's premier pirate convention!

The cannons have all gone silent and the stillness o' the smoke be unsettlin'... There's a sense of unease in the fog as the battles and triumphs of BrethrenCon II fade into history and legend.

The Sunken Bones Crew is takin' a couple o' weeks of shore leave before we start takin' on stores an' supplies for the next cruise!

Check back in October for the BrethrenCon III charts.

BrethrenCon could never be the success it has been without the support and effort of so many people, we could never hope to name them all.  We want to raise a glass to the following, who helped to make BrethrenCon II a roaring success! This is in no particular order, or meant to be all-inclusive.  If you helped with BrethrenCon in any way, we want your name here, but have simply forgotten all the people who have helped in so many ways.

Diana Drake and her tireless, ubiquitous volunteers, who stood by to provide invaluable help whenever and wherever it was needed.

Saint James, who came through with first class sound and invaluable support.

Pandora Celtica, who came through with yet another rousing piratical concert!

Linda Hougham, who fleshed out our very short outline into a relevant and useful Captain's Breakfast program, and set the standard for what is sure to become one BrethrenCon tradition, and who also organized and promoted the Pirates in Kilts event; the response was overwhelmingly positive and another BrethrenCon tradition is born.

Captain Amon, for the support and dignity that he brought to the accolade of Pirate King of the Plains, and subsequently to Solace who bore the Staff of Bones with equivalent stature.

Congratulations to Solace for both demonstrating his mad piratical skillz and gaining the accolade of his peers, in all working hard to help out a worthy cause.

Kate Geesman, who recieved rave reviews from the denizens of the Merchant Room.

Ana MacDonell for her stellar registration skills and for tirelessly manning the registration desk through much of the con.

Sheila McClune for feeding and watering us in the ConSuite and initiating yet another BrethrenCon tradition - Saturday Morning Waffles!

Everyone who contributed to the Silent Auction. Your donations of skills and booty were the best ever!

All our panelists and guest authors, who provided opportunities for education and dialogue.

Everyone who helped make and fill all of the bags for The Plunder Game, as well as all of those who donated their tidbits and trinkets, beads and buttons to go into the bags.

The Gabriel Foundation, who not only enthusiastically came on board with our mission, but donated armsloads of stuff for prizes and the silent auction.  Chick-Chick-Chicken!

...... and many more!
